I go by Saravana. I am a systems and kernel researcher with 18+ years of R&D across the Linux kernel, hypervisors, datacenter storage and networking, with peer-reviewed publications at ASPLOS, CCGRID, and IEEE Micro, where the IOCost work was selected as a 2023 Top Pick.

Member of Cloud-Hypervisor Project, with triage role in cloud-hypervisor and maintainer role in cloud-hypervisor/edk2 firmware fork.

I love researching new topics and expanding my horizons.

In my spare time, I like to swim, surf, snowboard, hike, go offroading, and play table tennis.
